Return & Exchange
At ikai, we make products with love, care and ensure strict quality control. As we are a made-to-order company we do not accept returns. However in the following scenarios it is possible to exchange the item(s) ordered:
Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. If you receive an item, which is faulty or damaged, please write to us at email@example.com 7 days of receipt of the order.
We will be able to exchange items with manufacturing defect after running a stringent quality check process on receipt of the return. We will send you an email confirming that the return has been accepted. Cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Once the return is accepted we will re-make the same item and send it for you within 14 working days.
We will be happy to alter if the item(s) received are of an incorrect size. If you need an exchange for a different size because of sizing issues, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org 7 days of receipt of order. For an item to qualify for exchange please ensure the returned item(s) are unworn and in perfect condition.
Once the item(s) returned reach our warehouse, we will be able to alter or exchange and send it back to you within 14 working days. Cost of return will be borne by the customer.
International clients will bear the cost of shipping both ways and also custom duties (wherever applicable) incase of exchange or alteration of the item.
If you return your item(s) by post or courier, please email us at email@example.com your name, address, order number, reason for returning the item(s), shipping agency and tracking number of the parcel. Ikai cannot be held responsible for items lost in post, damaged in transit or held at customs.
All custom orders are excluded from the returns policy.
